My Location

I am based in Green Point Cape Town in a discrete, luxury apartment with a power shower and fabulous facilities.  A solo-use apartment for our 1-2-1 experience.  Access is disabled and wheelchair friendly. 

It’s very easy to find, local to /Bus/Car routes with excellent car parking outside.

My Play Space Options

An upfront honest mandatory full disclaimer – it’s only for my personal safety – I have a Ring DoorBell and Ring Camera installed at the front door & entrance only – not in any rooms.  If this bothers you so much please book me into a hotel, all of which also have CCTV and ANPR cameras as standard. 

I DON’T and will not do house calls.  

I always offer accurate realistic locations when touring with full parking options. 

My apartment number is not given to you until after your deposit is paid, and confirmation text is received from you on the morning of the appointment.  I will NOT give any full addresses beforehand.  

My Apartment Premises

My unit is a solo use space – no sharers.  

It is a 2 bedroom apartment split into fun play zones:

1. The BOUDOIR room – For the GFExperience. 
2. The ZEN room – For the FBSM Experience.
3. The KINK room – For the Fetish & Kink Experience.

The littlest things make the BIGGEST difference

You DO get the following:

• Heated or cooled temperature setting for your optimum pleasure in all spaces 
• Sensual candles for atmospheric mood 
• Massive clean well lit mirrors to watch
• Bluetooth speaker for some upbeat tunes 
• A charger to plug your phone into 

These are NOT included: 

• NO WiFi options available to you for security reasons 
• NO flowers, incense sticks or air fresheners that effect asthma sufferers or allergies 
• NO animals are at the apartment so no cat watching you! 
• NO nasty smells of smoke, vape, weed, drugs or nasty body odors.

GENTS Bathroom:

• Power Shower 
• Decent male scented toiletries (including sensitive & none scented) 
• Big thick fluffy soft clean towels 

Refreshments:

• Nespresso coffee machine 
• A perfectly brewed cup of tea 
• Cold bottled water or orange juice 
• Biscuits, chocolates & mints 
• For longer dates… I can provide a platter of nibbles & snacks for “Lunch Date” and I’ll happily cook dinner/evening meal in the NUDE for a “Dinner Date”.  

The ZEN Room – For the FBSM Experience 

Professional Massage Furniture:

• Master massage couch – 76cm wide proper luxury memory foam top comfortable and a 300kg weight capacity.

The KINK Room – For the Fetish & Kink Experience 

• Kink room / Lounge / Kitchen all open plan
• Clean simple uncluttered layout
• White wood office furniture and cupboards 
• Not dingy, dark or unsanitary 

PLEASE Note – Most fetish & kink equipment will be stored away, in office furniture cupboards so it won’t scare off GFE gentleman visiting me.

This is applicable for ALL customers. 

Deposits are Mandatory

• All appointments require a small ZAR500 pounds upfront deposit to secure the booking beforehand
• Longer appointments – 2hr+ 25% upfront 
• Outcall to your Hotel 25% upfront 
• Overnight – 50% upfront
• FMTY – 50% upfront 

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

• A deposit tells me you are a serious gentleman
• A deposit tells me you are wanting to seriously make a booking 
• A deposit let’s me know you’re not a shopper 
• A deposit let’s me know you won’t cancel last minute 
• No deposit = no booking 
• No exceptions

My Fee  is applicable to ALL customers!

My full payment should be handed to me in the first 4 minutes of your booking.  Thats before you get in the shower.

Clients visiting me must understand I WON’T do anything sexual with you until it has been paid.
